Mimi was a lifelong Park Ridge resident. She was a graduate of Maine South High School and the University of Illinois. She was a full-time homeschooling mother for 20 years before turning her love of fitness into a second career as a personal trainer and yoga and pilates instructor at the Park Ridge Community Center. Mimi’s faith and family were her most important priorities. She and her husband, Tom, attended Willow Creek Community Church for 20 years. Everyone who met Mimi was touched by her caring and generous nature. She truly had a heart of gold, which she shared freely with others.
