A Brilliant Mind
Benedicta’s family struggled financially to keep her in school. Benedicta is an exceptional student who loves to learn, but living in poverty limited her education and future career options. Classes, supplies and transportation to school all cost more than her family could afford. Unfortunately, Benedicta had to withdraw from her education altogether during junior high due to financial instability. Hope entered her life through registering with a Compassion center. Your support paid for her junior high and high school fees and enabled her to keep learning and excelling in her classes.
Her hard work paid off and, after receiving a Compassion scholarship, Benedicta gained admission to the University of Ghana, Legon. Benedicta at 19 is now pursuing her dream, studying to become a medical doctor to help people in need. Without you, this future would never have been possible for her!
