Compassion has been forced to close our program in India after nearly 50 years. Join us in praying for the children, families and churches who have lost our support.
While tracking drug and alcohol usage is nearly impossible, there is no question that addiction has had a terrible effect on the people of India.
Ask God to heal street children who have turned to drugs and alcohol as an escape.
Pray that God would provide treatment and care for recovering alcoholics and addicts.
Pray for education and counseling for drug users who unknowingly pass HIV through the use of contaminated needles.
