After seven decades of ministry, we’ve recognized a few unique qualities that Compassion supporters like you share. Here are some of our favorite things that characterize this caring community.

  1. You Put Your Faith Into Action

You are the real deal. You don’t just talk about what the Bible says — you live it out. You also value the role of the Church and love to connect with a mission that supports the work God is doing through his body.

  2. You Are Concerned About Justice and Equality

Human rights. Clean water. Mental health. These are just a few of the issues that deeply concern you because you value what God values. Psalm 33:5 (NIV) says, “The Lord loves righteousness and justice.” If you can help right some of the wrongs in the world, you’ll do whatever you can to make a difference.

  1. You Are Informed

You like to take a deep dive into the facts and understand the heart of an issue. You’re also careful and intentional about the organizations and causes you support.

  2. You Want to Make a Measurable Impact

You make sure the organizations you support are financially transparent and make real impact. If you’re giving to a cause, it’s critical that you know where that money is going and how it will be used. It’s important that you know the ripple effect of your support. Once you trust an organization, you are loyal to the mission.

  3. You Are Intentional About How You Steward Your Gifts

God gives everyone unique gifts. Our supporters are uniquely aware of theirs and leverage them to make the biggest impact possible. Some supporters give financially to missional efforts, and others use their voices to raise awareness of the problems they are most passionate about. Both means are crucial to ending inequalities and injustices that plague our world.
