Farida holding face masks that she has made

Because of COVID-19, Farida’s school is closed. But she’s not just sitting around. Using materials provided by her Compassion center, she is sewing face masks for the poor and vulnerable in her Burkina Faso community. She says, “I can make an average of 50 face masks a day, and I feel I am useful in saving lives.”
