Week 27 - Life-Changing Letters

Fortune longed for the special gift that other children at her Compassion center received: the gift of a sponsor letter. When that happy day arrived, she recalls, "I was so joyful, and I said, ‘Thank you, Lord! My sponsor remembered me!’" That was the first of many letters her sponsor would send, sharing her life and faith with the 6-year-old and her parents. Over time, through her sponsor’s faithful witness, Fortune’s mom and dad both accepted Christ as Savior.
