Nine-year-old Masfika is shy about meeting new people, but she instantly befriends any animal she comes across. Loving animals from a young age, Masfika always wanted a goat. But that was beyond her family’s means. So when she received a special gift from her Compassion sponsor, Masfika was overjoyed — it was enough to purchase a goat! Soon Masfika’s goat will be old enough to sell, providing her family with much-needed income. But that’s okay with Masfika. Her goat recently gave birth to two new furry friends for her to love and raise.
