Week 36 - A Brighter Tomorrow

The fourth-born of five children in her family, 8-year-old Maindi Buroya is also the first to attend school, thanks to her sponsor. Her family belongs to the Rendille people group of Kenya. If she weren’t in Compassion’s program, Maindi would likely become a child bride like her mother did.
