Mary was a faithful and generous support of Compassion’s ministry for 49 years (it would have been 50 in November!). She sponsored several children across the globe, equipping the local church to help them develop physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
In recent years, Mary focused her ministry on Latin America, where she supported 150 mothers and their babies in our Survival Program and provided 375 youth in Guatemala with scholarships to continue their education for a better future.
Mary spoke often of her heart for children and her desire to see them reach their full potential, but most importantly she wanted each and every child to know their value and worth in Christ.
