In September 2023, heavy rain caused the Mun River to overflow in the Ubon Province of Thailand. To date, 17 participants have been impacted. Thankfully, everyone is healthy. The Child Development Centers (CDCs) have provided affected families with emergency food kits, clean drinking water and other household supplies. Families whose homes were damaged have been moved to temporary shelters.

Please pray that families are able to complete repairs soon.

Disaster Final Report: November 13, 2023

As of November 13, 2023, the flooding has stopped in the Ubon Province of Thailand. To date, 17 participants and zero Child Development Centers (CDCs) have been impacted. The local church also distributed relief items of rice, dried food, and drinking water to the impacted participants who were in the temporary shelters and prayed for them. The impacted participants and their families received financial support from the Disaster Relief Funds and have been able to repair and safely return to their homes.
