Disaster Update #1: June 16, 2023
To date, the five participants affected by the fire have returned to school. The Child Development Center (CDC) is actively assisting their families in rebuilding their homes. Due to high prices on construction materials, the process is taking longer than expected. The CDC has already provided roofing and structural materials, but are waiting on planks for flooring. The families are still living with relatives or in shelters while waiting on construction to be completed.
Please continue to pray for the families who lost their homes due to the fire.
