Compassion Advocacy Partners (CAP) is a community of dedicated volunteers across the U.S. who champion the mission of Compassion International. Whether speaking to groups, sharing with friends and family, or posting online, CAP members help inspire others to sponsor children and support life-changing programs.

Advocacy FAQs
This is a volunteer role and we are grateful for the time you can give. The amount of time will vary depending upon your availability, the type of advocacy activities you want to pursue, and the opportunities you identify. We encourage advocacy partners to “take Compassion with you” where life already takes you, rather than carving out additional time for your Compassion ministry. We do ask that you annually commit or recommit to our ministry year from July 1 through June 30, but we know that life happens, and we meet each circumstance with grace—again, this is a volunteer role.
