When the pandemic hit Colombia, Luis’s dad lost his job as a motorcycle taxi driver. As if that weren’t bad enough, soon after, both his father and mother needed surgery. Thankfully, the church-based Compassion center the 8-year-old attends has faithfully supported his family throughout this time of exceptional need. And Luis, who prays every day without fail, has learned that he can trust God in every circumstance.
