Week 49 - Christmas in the Time of COVID-19

Herve and the other children at his Compassion center in Togo look forward each year to the center’s big Christmas celebration. But this year is different. COVID-19 has forced the closure of all Compassion centers countrywide. Still, the staff of Herve’s center is determined to make this Christmas special by visiting each child’s home, bearing gifts of food and toys. Director Mawupemo says, "We will still celebrate together while apart, with the same joy."
