Protect a Child Like Juan Diego

In impoverished countries around the world, children are exposed to destructive activities like drug dealing and violence.

Growing up in poverty, Juan Diego could’ve fallen victim to these traps. But at his Compassion center, he found something better to pursue: Music. Through music lessons at his local church, Juan Diego found his passion for the clarinet.

He’s now a part of the binational symphony orchestra, which includes Colombian and Venezuelan children from different Compassion centers. He also teaches other children how to play, inspiring them to choose better paths.

As a sponsor, you can help protect other children just like Juan Diego from the traps set by poverty.
