Giving a Center Gift Is Easy

Sending a gift to your sponsored child’s center takes just four simple steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Under Center Gift, select Add Gift.

3. Choose the amount you’d like to give.

4. Click Review and check out.

You’re done. Gift sent! Know that your generosity is providing life-giving hope to every child the Compassion center serves.

In Colombia, 7-year-old Yorith dreaded going to bed. The old mattress she shared with her brother was full of fleas and bugs, leaving painful welts on her skin.

“I could not sleep,” says Yorith. “My skin hurt so much.”

Her mom, Bryannis, tried everything she could to clean the mattress. But poverty meant buying a new one was impossible. One night, as Yorith cried in pain, Braynnis gathered her children and prayed that God would provide a new mattress.

The very next day, Bryannis arrived at Yorith’s Compassion center and saw a stack of new mattresses. Through a center gift, the church had received resources to meet children’s urgent needs — and one mattress had Yorith’s name on it.

“I cried with happiness,” says Bryannis. “It was God’s answer to my prayer.”

Now Yorith sleeps peacefully at night. “It is so soft and comfortable!” she says.
