Before Presentation Day

Early planning is the key to a smooth and successful event. This checklist will help you prepare. 

Plan Your Event

Get together with your pastor, volunteers, and anyone helping with tech to make sure all elements of the presentation are coordinated. Take a look at the resources we’ve provided — things like videos and presentation decks can really help make your message shine!

Prepare Your Presentation

Think through what you want to share and how you want it to feel. Need some public speaking tips? Check out our Storytellers resources — they’re super helpful! Pick the videos you want to show and practice timing so everything fits into your schedule.

Set Up Early!
