Vice President of Finance & Treasurer
Jodi Vincent joined Compassion as Treasurer in 2014 and was promoted to vice president in January 2025. As a pivotal member of the Finance leadership team, she demonstrates exceptional leadership, vision, teamwork, and results. Jodi has built a tremendous team dedicated to stewarding ministry funds to maximize the benefit for the children served by Compassion.
As Treasurer, Jodi oversees the financial health of Compassion while leading a team that has global responsibility for liquidity, financial relationships, investments, foreign currency, financial compliance, payment processing, and insurable risk.
Jodi holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado and has earned her Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation. Before joining Compassion, she served in finance and treasury management roles at Harris Corporation for over a decade. Jodi has a strong background in International and domestic cash management, foreign exchange, and corporate finance.
Jodi currently lives in Colorado.
