Since 1990, Joanna has consulted with a broad range of companies around the world, from large, multinational corporations to small, family-owned enterprises across many different industries. In addition to her consulting expertise, Joanna brings to Compassion more than 20 years of diverse leadership experience, including serving as vice president of organization development for the Western Union Company, and vice president of HR & Strategic Development at The Medical Center of Aurora.

Joanna graduated from the University of Michigan with a degree in business administration. She also holds a Master of Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan.

While Joanna grew up in Dallas, Texas, she and her family consider Colorado home. When she is not working, Joanna enjoys reading, gardening, movies, showing dogs in obedience trials and shows and volunteering through her church.
