Stacy Baker is Vice President of Supporter Operations at Compassion International, where she leads globally aligned operations that help the ministry grow with care, clarity, and integrity. With more than 25 years of enterprise operations experience, Stacy is recognized for her ability to connect strategy to execution while keeping people, relationships, and trust at the center of the work.

Before joining Compassion, Stacy held senior leadership roles across global manufacturing, planning, and supply chain organizations, guiding large, highly matrixed teams through growth and transformation. Her work has consistently focused on building scalable operating models, strengthening cross functional partnerships, and navigating change in ways that respect both the work and the people doing it.

At Compassion, Stacy is focused on positioning Supporter Operations as a strategic partner that bridges vision and delivery. She works closely with leaders across Marketing, Fundraising, Supporter Experience, and global Covenant Partners to ensure operational readiness, transparency, and alignment as the ministry expands its reach. Stacy brings a steady, relational leadership style grounded in thoughtful decision making, collaboration, and a deep commitment to serving supporters well.

Stacy holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. She enjoys time with her family, travel, and cheering on her favorite teams.
