Patrice Duckworth
Patrice is a dedicated wife, mother, corporate executive and passionate teacher of God's Word. Her unwavering commitment to service and positive impact is evident in every aspect of her life.
Patrice is a visionary leader whose career spans geographies and roles in technology, commercial operations and HR. Known for her ability to scale businesses and lead successful turnarounds, Patrice's strategic acumen and human capital expertise have been pivotal in shaping the trajectory of industry giants like Monsanto, Nestlé, and Johnson & Johnson.
In her current role as Johnson & Johnson's chief inclusion officer, she shepherds the organization's continuing journey to enhance the culture of inclusion and belonging of over 130,000 employees.
Patrice’s values of faith, education and service led her to begin partnering with Compassion more than 25 years prior to her board appointment, having sponsored Compassion children and contributed to building child development centers in Rwanda, Togo, Ghana and Malawi.
Her passion for knowing Christ and making him known also drives Patrice’s work as a trainer for Precept Ministries International, through which she has taught Bible studies in diverse settings — from local churches and homes to foreign countries and corporate boardrooms.
Patrice holds a master’s degree in biblical studies from Trinity Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from the University of Missouri.
