Michael Stuart

Michael Stuart joined Compassion in February 2015. He currently leads our people and culture partnership, operations, facilities, systems and solutions, and talent acquisition teams.  

Michael is passionate about helping Compassion become a transnational organization as we continue to serve our workforce neighbours across the globe. 

Before Compassion, Michael was senior vice president of global HR shared services at IHS. He was also a senior HR consultant at Hewitt Associates (now part of Aon) and worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a certified public accountant and graduate of Baylor University. 

Michael and his wife have been married for 30 years and have been blessed with four children. Their family has sponsored Compassion children for decades, and they have a deep love for the ministry’s work all around the world.
