Kristin Colber-Baker

Kristin recently retired from a 30+ year executive career with several iconic global brands. Most recently she served at Mars, Inc. as the global director of talent, leadership development and diversity, equity and inclusion. She initially joined Mars in 2007 as chief financial officer of the Ethel M retail business in North America before transitioning, in 2012, from maximizing financial profit to optimizing people impact. Prior to her work at Mars, Kristin led finance and M&A teams in the restaurant industry, including Burger King and PepsiCo/YUM! brands.

Kristin served on the board of directors of Fresh Del Monte Produce (NYSE: FDP) from 2021-2023. Additionally, she and her husband serve as mentors to engaged couples through their local church. They also partner with an orphanage in Honduras to serve children in need. Kristin is passionate about advancing female leaders.

She has a bachelor's in economics from Wheaton College, a Master of Business Administration in general management from the University of Virginia and a graduate certificate in learning and organizational change from Northwestern University
