Twelve-year-old Nicol lives in an impoverished Honduran community, where many young people are not active Christians. Through Bible teaching at her Compassion center, Nicol’s faith was strengthened, and she felt called to teach the Gospel to her peers. Now, thanks to donors like you, Nicol has her own Bible to bring with her — and more determination than ever — as she shares the good news with other kids.

“Sometimes it’s been hard to knock on doors and talk about Jesus because of people’s reactions,” says Nicol. “Despite the rejections or the acceptance, I carry on.”
