Dr. Wesley K. Stafford, President and CEO

From the poor of Africa's Ivory Coast to President and Chief Executive Officer of Compassion International, Dr. Wesley K. Stafford — Wess — has maintained one simple belief: God's children are priceless resources. To that end, Wess leads Compassion's efforts to break the cycle of poverty for children everywhere.

David A. Dahlin, Executive Vice President

As Compassion’s Executive Vice President, David is responsible for developing and supervising all aspects of the ministry’s operations and managing the Global Executive Leadership Team. He has been associated with Compassion since 1994 in a variety of leadership roles, during which time the organization has grown tenfold.

Mark Hanlon, Senior Vice President of the USA Group

Mark’s first contact with Compassion was as a sponsor in 1977. He became a staff member in 1978 and has been a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team since 1998. Mark had a strong Christian missionary upbringing, as his parents ran inner-city missions in Washington, D.C. and Chicago.
