The beautiful country of Indonesia is part of the world renowned, “ring of fire.” Its’ islands comprise the largest grouping of active volcanoes in the world. It’s tropical forests, lowland mountains and lush vegetation make it a common place for visitors from around the globe!
Compassion’s work began in Indonesia’s mainland in 1968. This trip will focus on the western region of the country. The work of the church has grown with more than 70,000 children currently sponsored. This testament to both the need and growth presents us with a unique opportunity to see exactly what the Church is doing to release children from poverty and empower them to attain all that God has called them to accomplish. You’re sponsored child is one of them!
Please prayerfully consider joining this trip and meeting your child! Nothing communicates the depth of love and commitment you have for them better then seeing them face-to-face, holding their hand, praying together, and sharing your life! Along the journey you will also meet the amazing country staff team, Church leaders, Leadership Development Program students (currently studying in university) and the most vulnerable recipients of Compassions program…the beautiful mothers and babies supported through the Child Survival Program.
This trip will change you, grow you, and deepen your awareness of the need and the victories in the lives of children across the world! Join us today for a trip you’ll never forget!
