Together with listeners from the WLAB broadcast, we will take you on an adventure into the heart of Guatemala, which is located in the mountainous valley called “Valley de la Ermita” in the south central part of the country.
What a great way to deepen your relationship with your sponsored child! Imagine seeing your sponsored child for the first time. The overwhelming joy you will experience as you get to know each other and the bonds of friendship you will make with others. Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and be the hands and feet of Jesus? You will have the opportunity to impact the lives of other children, their families, and lock arms with men and woman that whole- heartedly serve the children at the Child Development Center.
Have you ever asked yourself what a day in a child in an impoverished country looks like? This is your chance. You will experience an entire day with your sponsored child, venture deeply into the community where your child lives, and experience a home visit. You will gain a thorough understanding of how sponsorship impacts the life of a child, as you sit and dine with some of our Leadership Development Students.
