Compassion International is now offering an internship that fits both your passion and your education! Through the Compassion Internship Program (CIP) you'll have the opportunity to put your calling to work while being immersed in a Christian workplace culture that will empower you to succeed in your future career. Compassion International is an environment in which your educational credit requirements may be met, and you will gain valuable experience in mission-critical work assignments.

As an intern, you will be matched with a position that is compatible with your current major, giving you relevant experience and making you even more marketable in your field of choice. Upon successfully completing the Compassion Internship Program, you may be offered the opportunity to convert to a full-time position, thus launching your fulfilling career at Compassion International. In addition to all of this, you'll live in the mountainous region of Colorado where numerous adventures await you!
