After you successfully complete your child sponsorship, you will receive two confirmation emails from Compassion International. The first email will contain information about your child sponsorship. The second email will contain more information on how to access the on-demand concert via the Mandolin streaming event platform.  

  In that second email, you will receive a special link where you can register for your free virtual viewing pass to Christmas At Home with Michael W. Smith On-Demand on December 15th.  If you have not received this confirmation email from Compassion within 24 hours of confirming your child sponsorship, please send an email to [email protected] and we will get you sorted out. 

The on-demand concert will be hosted through Mandolin.com, a streaming event company. You will receive an email from Compassion International with a link to a registration page where you can register for your free virtual viewing pass to Christmas At Home with Michael W. Smith On-Demand. Once you complete your registration and create your Mandolin account, you will be able to watch the on-demand concert beginning December 15th at 7:00pm CT and as many times as you’d like through January 1st.  

No, you may also access this concert by purchasing a ticket separate from child sponsorship. Click on this link to buy your ticket!

You will receive an email from Mandolin, the streaming company hosting the event, with your on-demand ticket and access information for the encore Christmas concert with Michael W. Smith and Amy Grant at least 24 hours before the event. The email will come from [email protected], so please add this address to the Safe Sender’s list in your email. If you have not received your email from Mandolin by the morning of the event, December 15th, please reach out to [email protected] and we will get you sorted out!

To gain access to this on-demand concert, you must sponsor a child through this page only. Current sponsors are not eligible and must sponsor a new child through this page to gain access. 

No, each livestream or concert put on by the talent or Compassion LIVE is its own event. You must sponsor a child through this specific page to gain access to it.
