The first email will contain information about your child sponsorship. The second email will contain more information on how and when you will receive your streaming links. A: The livestream event will be hosted through Mandolin, a streaming event company. You will receive the streaming link from Mandolin ([email protected]) at least 24 hours before the event begins. >

The VIP Event will be hosted via the Zoom platform. Your Zoom link will be delivered to you via the same email from Mandolin that contains your livestream link. You will also be able to find these links by logging into Mandolin.com using the email address you entered when sponsoring and clicking “my tickets” at the top of the page. These tickets may not appear in your Mandolin account until 24 hours before the event.

A: One (1) copy of 'Jonny X Mali Live in LA' will be mailed ONLY to those sponsors with a US mailing address, due to international shipping regulations. The CD will be mailed out the day of the event, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a delivery date due to the uncertainty of current shipping times. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

A: No, you may access this livestream by purchasing a ticket instead of a sponsorship here. If you do that, you will receive a confirmation email from Mandolin immediately after purchase with information about how to watch the stream. The physical CD listed on this page is only included for those who sponsor, and will not be included with tickets directly through Mandolin.

A: To gain access to this livestream, you must sponsor a child through this page only. Current sponsors are not eligible and must sponsor a new child through this page to gain VIP access.
