EVENT: Compassion International, Inc. (“Compassion” or “Sponsor”) is partnering with Jeremy Camp to assist children living in poverty around the world. For every child sponsored during the period beginning 2/19/25 through 5/18/25, Jeremy Camp will offer every person in the 50 U.S. and District of Columbia the opportunity to obtain two (2) VIP Meet & Greet Passes (the "[Product]") available upon checkout in the United States and District of Columbia while supplies last. Approximate Retail Value of VIP Meet & Greet Passes: $100. For purposes of this Promotion, an eligible "sponsorship" is defined as a monthly sponsorship of $43 per month. No product substitution, cash redemption or alternative will be allowed unless permitted by Jeremy Camp at its sole discretion. Limit two (2) Free VIP Meet & Greet Passes per person, regardless of additional sponsorships or donations to Compassion (if any).

As a condition of the offer, each consumer agrees:
- (a) To release, and hold harmless Jeremy Camp and its subsidiaries or affiliated companies, and each of their respective shareholders, employees, parents, directors, officers, affiliates, representatives, agents, successors, and assigns (“Promotional Parties”), from any and all claims, demands, losses, promises, causes of action, injuries, damages, and/or liabilities, that may arise, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Promotion or from the receipt or use or misuse of the free VIP Meet & Greet Passes;
- (b) All causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any free VIP Meet & Greet Passes or any advertising, marketing, promotion, or publicity materials in connection therewith, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and
- (c) Any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. By participating, each consumer agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, consumer’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with this Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. Exclusive venue and jurisdiction over any action to enforce or otherwise relating to this Promotion shall be in Colorado, and each participating consumer consents to and agrees not to contest personal jurisdiction and venue in any such action filed in Colorado.
