Around the world, child poverty traps impoverished children in a cycle where they find themselves fighting to stay alive each day. Child poverty isn't just about children who lack luxuries — these children often go without food, water, health care and education.

Each year, child poverty kills more than 10 million  children who don't live past age 5. Most of these lives could easily be saved.
