How child hunger affects children and their families

Child hunger kills nearly 16,000 children a day. That's one child every 5 seconds who dies from child hunger. For those who live, more than 300 million children go to bed hungry every night. Rising food prices and an escalating global food crisis is creating more child hunger. Worldwide, one person in seven goes to bed hungry every night.

Child Hunger Can Be Eliminated
