If you sponsor after 12pm CT on Saturday 5/8, you will be able to pick from 'West Friends Fest' shows on the following dates: 5/12 and 5/13. What happens after I sponsor, and when will I receive details on how to access Matthew’s concert and the “Compassion Bundle” video content?

After you successfully complete your child sponsorship, you will receive two confirmation emails. The first will contain information about your child sponsorship. The 2nd will contain more information on how to choose the date & time for the 'West Friends Fest' show you would like access to. This email will also contain the separate link to the "Compassion Bundle" never-before-seen video content from Matthew! If you have not received this information by the morning of your event, please reach out to [email protected].

What streaming platform will the livestream take place on?

The concert will be hosted through YouTube. Please choose the date/time of the stream you would like to attend from the link in your confirmation email. Once you register for that event, you will receive an email from Matthew’s 24 hours before your designated event start-time. The "Compassion Bundle" content will be hosted on Compassion LIVE’s website, and that access information will be delivered to you via your confirmation email after sponsoring.

Do I have to sponsor a child to be able to watch the livestream concert?

I sponsored through the main Compassion.com page or I am already a sponsor. Can I tune in to the stream?

I’ve attended a livestream with Compassion LIVE in the past. Do I automatically get to access this livestream too?
