Within 24 hours after you successfully complete your child sponsorship, you will receive two confirmation emails from Compassion, and one will contain details on how to access the stream. You will then receive two additional emails from Compassion LIVE ([email protected]) which will include your access links. These will come the day before the scheduled stream, and 1 hour before the stream start time. If you do not receive any of these emails, please email [email protected] 1 hour before the event and we will verify your sponsorship and get you the correct access information.

The livestream will take place on Zoom. Only Ashley will be enabled for video and audio, so you can enjoy from wherever you’d like. Please download the Zoom app on your
computer, smartphone, or tablet before the stream takes place to ensure you can tune in.

No, you may also gain access this livestream by purchasing a ticket here. If you do, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with further details on how to access the stream.

To gain access to this stream, you must sponsor a child through this page only.  Current sponsors are not eligible and must sponsor a new child through this page to gain access.

There will be a text-based chat and Q&A function enabled during the livestream. We will not enable any attendee’s video or audio.

No, each livestream is its own event. You must sponsor a child or purchase a ticket through that individual event to gain access to it.
