Q:
What happens after I sponsor, and when will I receive details on how to access the stream?

A:
After you successfully complete your child sponsorship, you will receive a confirmation email from Compassion with details on how to access the stream. You will ALSO receive a separate pre-event email with exact details on how to view the stream at least 24 hours ahead of the stream start time. This email will come from [email protected], so please add this email address to your Safe Senders list.

Q: 
Where will the Livestream take place?

A:
The Livestream will take place on Zoom. Only the poets will be enabled for video and audio, so you can enjoy from wherever you’d like. Please download the Zoom app on your computer, smartphone, or tablet before the stream takes place to ensure you can tune in. More details about downloading Zoom will be included in your pre-event email.

Q:
I sponsored through the main Compassion.com page or I am already a sponsor. Can I tune in to the stream?

A:
To gain access to this VIP Event, you must sponsor a child through this page only.  Current Sponsors are not eligible and must sponsor a new child through this page to gain access.

Q:
Do I have to sponsor a child to be able to Access this VIP event?

A:
Yes, a sponsorship is required to attend this two-day VIP Experience.

Q:
I’ve attended a Compassion LIVE livestream in the past, do I get to access this one too?

A:
No, each livestream put on by Compassion LIVE is its own event. You must sponsor a child or purchase a ticket through that individual event to gain access to it.
