What happens after I sponsor, and when will I receive details on how to access the stream?

After you successfully complete your child sponsorship, you will receive two confirmation emails from Compassion. The second email will contain a link and password that you can access the conference with! If you do not receive this within 48 hours of your sponsorship, please reach out to [email protected] and we will ensure your sponsorship has been confirmed.

Where will the Conference take place?

The conference will be hosted on Karen Kingsbury’s website.
Q:
I sponsored through the main Compassion.com page or I am already a sponsor. Can I tune in to the stream?
A:
To gain access to this conference, you must sponsor a child through this page only. Current Sponsors are not eligible and must sponsor a new child through this page to gain access.
Q:
When will I receive my copy of the book?
A:
One copy of the book will be mailed to each sponsor with a US mailing address. We cannot guarantee delivery before the event due to the uncertainty of current shipping times. The sooner you sponsor, the sooner you’ll receive your book!
Q:
I’ve attended a Compassion LIVE livestream in the past, do I get to access this one too?
A:
No, each livestream or event put on by Compassion LIVE is its own event. You must sponsor a child through that individual event to gain access to it.
