Disaster Alert and Final Report: June 17, 2019

Between April 7 and April 11, 2019 a tropical storm unexpectedly hit the area of Khun Han District of the Buriram Province in northeast Thailand. Houses throughout the community were damaged by the heavy rain and gusting winds. In total, six beneficiaries' homes were damaged. The affected families received support from the local government and the Child Development Center (CDC). The CDC utilized Compassion Disaster Relief Funds to provide dried foods, medicine, household items and school supplies, as well home repair. The families stayed with relatives temporarily and now all beneficiaries are safe in their repaired homes.

Thank God for the ability to provide support to the affected families.
