Advisory: Earthquake in Magangue, Bolivar, Colombia

The Mompox local authorities assisted the population with repairing and rebuilding infrastructure damaged by the earthquake. In total, two Child Development Centers (CDCs) and one beneficiary were affected. The CDCs provided support to the affected family and they all received support to repair damages.

Disaster Alert: April 29, 2020

On April 16th a 5.7 earthquake occurred with the epicenter in Mompox, Colombia; which is close to the Zone of Magangue, Bolivar. So far, two Child Development Centers and one beneficiary has been affected. The Child Development Center has cracks in the walls of many of the rooms. The Colombia National Office will be supporting them to repair their buildings.
