Wow! That's a creative question, my young friend. Jesus was born only once. But we celebrate His birth every year because Jesus came to die for your sins and mine. When you encourage creativity in a child you give them a sense of self-worth. A child can never experience too many positive relationships. And the one relationship you want to lead them to is with Jesus. Play games, read stories, encourage question asking. In other words — connect personally — one-on-one with a child!
