Dear God. . .Why is there so much hunger in Africa?
Milagros, I'm humbled by your prayer, because I know there are days when you go hungry yourself. Bless you little friend for such a caring heart! This is Wess Stafford, President of Compassion International. God uses His little ones to break our hearts for those who are hungry and starving. We can all do something. Give financially to a relief organization that reaches out to hungry children. Organize a food drive at the office, church or in your neighborhood to collect food and bring it to shelters. Sponsor an auction or a garage sale and donate the money to an organization committed to ending hunger. Know the facts. And as you learn, teach your friends, co-workers, and your children.
