How sweet you are, little friend. You can talk to your heavenly Father any time you want! He is always there for you. And He understands exactly how you feel! This is Wess Stafford, President of Compassion International. Loneliness is something we can all address for a child in our influence. Saying things like, "come with me," "you're invited," "be part of my team" — says volumes to a shy or lonely child. Every child advocate or mentor I know says it's the individual time they give a child that makes the biggest difference in that child's life.
