Dear God. . .Why do friends have to part? It's very painful!
It is painful, Meesala. A wise person once said: "Friends come into your life for a season… or a lifetime. When you figure out which it is, you will know what to do." This is Wess Stafford, President of Compassion International. I'd like to challenge you to be a friend to a child. A season of caring for a needy child can result in a lifetime of change. Children need to know they are precious to God. And they need to be reminded that God is the friend who will never leave! Matthew 10:8 says, "Freely you have received, freely give!"
