Child Visit Check List

To ensure a smooth and quick process to your visit request, please make sure you have this information prior to your registration.

• Your child's number and name.
• Date of arrival to your destination country.
• Date of departure from your destination country. 
• Visit date that will be most convenient to you. (Visits are preferrably hosted on weekdays.)
• Lodging information, including a physical address (including city) and phone number.
