A daily miracle — a look inside the life of a sponsored child in rural Philippines.

Take this visual tour to get a better sense of what life looks like for a sponsored child who lives in rural Philippines. You'll learn how sponsorship helps children stay healthy, learn valuable skills and, most importantly, develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Aren't sure whether your child lives in a rural or urban setting? Visit "My Account" and click "Child Information." Under "Project Information," there is a description that tells you the nearest city to your child's community.

Map of the Philippines

The Philippines, an island nation comprised of more than 7,000 islands in Southeast Asia, is believed to be the third largest English speaking country in the world. In 1898, the Philippines became the first and only colony of the United States, until they regained their independence in 1946. Compassion began work in the Philippines in 1972. Currently, more than 34,000 children are registered in 157 projects.
