Cindy Johnson, a worship leader and founder of Stage 2 Ministries, wondered how the language barrier would affect her visit to Ecuador. During a time of impromptu worship with a group of Ecuadorian children, those fears were dispelled. "While we might not have been able to understand each other while we were speaking, we could totally understand each other as we worshiped!"

An Ecuadorian boy shares his sponsor letters with Denver Bierman. When sponsors visit their children, many are surprised to see what a place of honor their letters and photos hold in the lives of their sponsored children. Even the smallest note is often tacked to the wall for all to see. Writing to your sponsored child reminds them that they are important, and that someone thousands of miles away is praying for them.
