Colombia Sponsor Tour

On June 3, 35 sponsors visited Colombia on the first sponsor tour to this region and saw the realities that Colombian children must face every day.

After an exhausting week of visiting eight Compassion-assisted projects, sponsors had a true picture of hope in the midst of despair. Share in their experience through this slideshow!

Most children in Colombia have little time for play. Chores and work take up most of their time, and many little ones must take care of their younger siblings while their parents search for work.

Children at the Siloe Integral Development Center (CO-529), pictured here, get to spend a few hours each afternoon being kids. Even through the simple act of jumping rope, these little girls are growing socially, physically and emotionally.
