Colombia Sponsor Tour

On June 3, 35 sponsors visited Colombia on the first sponsor tour to this region and saw the realities that Colombian children must face every day.

After an exhausting week of visiting eight Compassion-assisted projects, sponsors had a true picture of hope in the midst of despair. Share in their experience through this slideshow!

John Radicone had no idea that he would come back from Colombia with a sponsored child of his own. John's daughter, Jeanne, sponsors a little girl in Colombia, and John and his wife were excited to travel on a sponsor tour with Jeanne. However, when John met Luis at the Siloe Integral Development Center, he was captivated by the boy's bright smile and infectious laughter. Seeing firsthand the extreme poverty in Colombia reminded John and his wife of God's call to rescue the poor � a call which they were eager to answer.
