1 Thursday  Pray for the children and their families who were affected by the earthquake in El Salvador last month. They need God's protection as they rebuild their homes.

2 Friday  Pray for 10-year-old Milan Naskar in East India. He struggles with an eye problem.

3 Saturday  Pray again for the children and families who are recovering from the devastation of typhoons that struck the Philippines in December.

4 Sunday  We praise God for the healing of 8-year-old Babuli Naik's fractured hand. He attends a student center in East India.

5 Monday  Pray for the political situation in Bangladesh. The people need peace and God's protection.

6 Tuesday  Pray for 7-year-old Anilkumar in India who needs surgery for a hole in his heart. Pray for a quick recovery and good health.

7 Wednesday  Nine-year-old Nathalie Somda in Burkina Faso is in treatment to correct a congenital problem. Pray for her peace of mind.

8 Thursday  Pray for two children in Ethiopia, Eyerusalem and Natnael Gelaye, who suffer severe pain. Pray for correct treatment to relieve the pain.

9 Friday  Pray for 7-year-old Namita Panda in East India who suffers from tuberculosis. Pray that medical treatment will heal her.

10 Saturday  Pray for the children in Ethiopia who have lost parents to HIV/AIDS. They need God's loving comfort and guidance in their lives for the future.

11 Sunday  We praise God for His mercy on 10-year-old Kini in Bangladesh. After her second heart surgery, she was well enough to visit the country office at Christmas.

12 Monday  Pray for 14-year-old Sukanya in India. She struggles with chest congestion and continuous fever. 

13 Tuesday  Pray for 7-year-old Subal Dheora in East India. He suffers from asthma and it intensifies in winter weather.

14 Wednesday  In Burkina Faso, the child Ilboudo Joseph is chronically anemic. Pray for healing, good health and energy.

15 Thursday  Pray again for 6-year-old Milina Hasda in Bangladesh as she struggles with kidney problems.

16 Friday  Nine-year-old Sunemiya Nag in East India is anemic and requires blood transfusions. Pray for her healing.

17 Saturday  Endalkachew, a Leadership Development Program (LDP) student in Ethiopia struggles with pain and needs prayer for relief.   

18 Sunday  We thank God for our faithful prayer partners who are committed to pray for the children in our prayer calendar every month. Pray for one another to remain strong.

19 Monday  Pray for a project in Mexico that needs God's help and provision to continue their work on a building for the children. God blessed them with needed finances to start the building and they need to finish the work.                                 

20 Tuesday  Six-year-old Ranjan Das in Bangladesh was sick last month and waiting for a diagnosis. Pray that the doctors will decide on correct treatment.                                                         

21 Wednesday  Pray for the children in Ethiopia who are forced into traditional early marriages, especially those younger than age 14.

22  Thursday  Pray for children in East India and their families to stay healthy during the cold winter season. Many usually become ill.

23  Friday  Pray for YouthPartnersNET during scheduled leadership training, and for networking opportunities. They need open doors to reach the youth in this nation.

24 Saturday  Pray for the family situation in the home of 7-year-old Prakash Babu Gowda in India. His father is an alcoholic and in an illicit relationship. There is much turmoil in the home.

25 Sunday  We praise God that 8-year-old Teenu Singh in India is recovering from dengue fever.

26 Monday  Pray for YouthPartnersNET's summer CityConnexx programs in Chicago and Denver. Pray for many young people to receive Jesus.

27 Tuesday Pray for the new projects in Mexico to be well established and strong in God's Word as they teach and train children to become productive citizens.

28 Wednesday  Pray for our Compassion staff, the children and their families around the world. Many are coping with natural disasters, some with political and government changes, and some face resistance to Christianity. Pray for God's protection of His people.
