We have received reports identifying 23 Compassion-assisted child development centers located in areas affected by violence from riots. All centers still remain closed for the holidays. 

Despite the circumstances, Compassion Kenya is making every effort to obtain specific child and family information when possible. Sidney Muisyo, Kenya's Country Director, reports that specifics should be forthcoming soon, assuming the situation stabilizes.
